At Barnett Home Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handcrafted cushions and textiles. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in new, unused condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our manufacturing facility.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
